About Us

Fort Hill Brewery was established in 2014 in Easthampton, MA by a small group of friends who like to brew. The brewery focuses on traditional German-style lagers and ales brewed with the best ingredients. The majority of our beers follow the German purity law of Reinheitsgebot, meaning they contain only four ingredients: water, malt, hops, and yeast.

The brewery is open to the public for tastings, tours, and growlers on Thursdays & Fridays from 4-7 pm, and Saturdays from 2-6 pm, with live music every Friday and Saturday. The tasting room features eight rotating beers on tap, with special cask releases. Each visitor receives two free samples. Cans are also available for purchase.
