About Us

Artifact Cider Project produces craft cider in a variety of styles by respecting tradition, but refusing to let it limit us. Using local apples and innovative cidermaking practices, we create ciders that are as authentic, eclectic, and forward-looking as the region they come from.

We are excited to welcome you to our taproom, located on-site at our state-of-the-art production cellar in Florence, Massachusetts. We chose the Pioneer Valley as our permanent home for the area?s proximity to our agricultural partners. Located just off of the Mass Central Rail Trail bike path that connects Florence to Northampton, Easthampton, Hadley, and Amherst, our taproom features up to 14 tap lines with our ciders, as well as special cellar projects, cider punch, and occasional guest collaborations.

We have partnered with Wheelhouse on the taproom food program, which features a limited menu of seasonal flatbreads and snacks. Wheelhouse is a catering and events company from Amherst, Massachusetts, that makes fresh farm food, prepared from scratch, and is co-owned by Jake Mazar, one of our co-founders.
